插秧机后桥齿轮断裂分析

摘要 为解决插秧机机头后桥20CrMnTi渗碳齿轮的断裂问题,对断裂齿轮进行理论校核分析、材质检测、显微组织观察、硬度梯度检测、金属夹杂物检测、齿轮啮合动力学分析,开展了结构设计分析,建立了渗碳齿轮失效机理与强度的内在联系,并提出了齿轮在设计、工艺等方面的改进措施。结果表明,齿轮断裂属于轮齿折断,齿轮受到过载以及加工刀痕是齿轮断裂的主因,并给出了相应改进措施,从而在实际生产过程中避免类似事故发生。 To solve the fracture problem of the 20CrMnTi gear on the rear axle of the rice transplanter head,the broken gear is inspected for material quality,microstructure observation,hardness gradient detection,metal inclusion detection,and gear meshing dynamic analysis.The structural design analysis was carried out,and the internal relationship between the failure mechanism and strength of carburizing gear was established.The improvement measures of gears in design and technology were put forward.The results showed that the gear fracture is a tooth fracture,the gear is overloaded and the machining tool marks are the main reason of gear fracture.According to the analysis results and corresponding improvement measures were given to avoid similar accidents in the actual production process.
