摘要
设计单位在执行工程总承包工作时,能够体现较强的专业技术优势,但同样也会受到传统设计理念的限制,导致设计在总承包管理中的作用无法呈现。对EPC总承包实践中存在的问题进行总结,并从根据实际情况确定最佳的实施方案,编写合适的管理程序,强化EPC总承包项目的价值管理,设计与施工的协同分析,明确参与方之间的关系等5方面,论述了设计为龙头的EPC总承包企业管理方法。
Design units can demonstrate strong professional and technical advantages in the implementation of engineering general contracting work,but they will also be limited by traditional design concepts,resulting in the inability of design in general contracting management. This article summarizes the problems in EPC general contracting practice,and determines the best implementation plan according to the actual situation,writes appropriate management procedures,strengthens the value management of EPC general contracting projects,collaborative analysis of design and construction,and clarifies the parties involved among the five aspects of the relationship,it discusses the management method of EPC general contracting enterprise designed as a leader.
