摘要
随着我国装配式建筑的大力推广,装配式建筑施工技术水平也在不断提升和进步,但装配式建筑施工也遇到了不同程度的质量问题。装配式建筑在我国大都采用混凝土装配式建筑。PC装配式建筑按其竖向构件的连接方式可分为浆锚技术体系、钢套筒技术体系、双面叠合剪力墙技术体系,根据设计施工实践分别论述各个技术体系的优势及劣势,并重点围绕如何提高装配式建筑的设计质量进行研究,为推广装配式建筑发展提供借鉴和参考。
With the vigorous promotion of prefabricated building in China,the construction technology level of prefabricated building is also constantly improving and improving,but the prefabricated building construction also encountered different degrees of quality problems.Prefabricated buildings in China are mostly concrete prefabricated buildings.PC prefabricated building can be divided into slurry anchor technology system,steel sleeve technology system and double-sided composite shear wall technology system according to the connection mode of vertical components.According to the design and construction practice,the advantages and disadvantages of each technology systerm are discussed respectively,and the research on how to improve the design quality of prefabricated building is carried out,which provides reference for the development of prefabricated building.
