农业机械检测现状及检测装备研发建议 被引量:6

摘要 农业机械化是我国农业现代化的重要组成部分,农机试验鉴定为我国农机化发展提供了重要保障。经过几十年的发展,我国农机试验鉴定体系、法律法规不断完善,鉴定单位的鉴定能力、可鉴定产品的数量不断提升,但仍然存在一些问题。本文阐述了农机试验鉴定现状,总结了存在的问题,包括农机试验鉴定检测手段和方法传统、检测劳动强度大、人为检测误差大、采集数据时间长、历史试验数据难追溯、检测技术相对较落后等,提出了检测装备研发的建议,以期为提升检测装备研发速度和满足检测发展需求提供参考。 Agricultural mechanization is an important part of China′s agricultural modernization,the test and identification of agricultural machinery provides an important guarantee for the development of agricultural mechanization in China.After decades of development,the system,laws and regulations of agricultural machinery testing and identification have been constantly improving in China,the identification capacity of identification units,the number of identifiable products have been constantly increasing,but there are still some problems.This paper described the status of agricultural machinery test identification and monitoring,summarized the existing problems,including the use of traditional testing methods in agricultural machinery test identification in China,high testing labor intensity,large artificial testing error,long data collection time,difficulty in tracing historical test data,relatively backward testing technology,etc.,and put forward some suggestions on the research and development of agricultural machinery testing equipment,so as to provide references for improving the speed of the research and development of testing equipment and meeting the needs of testing development.
