摘要
张庄铁矿主井提升系统使用多绳摩擦轮提升机,采用19 m3底卸式双箕斗提升方式,设计单井最大年提升能力为640万t。从2015年张庄矿生产系统重负荷试车以来,随着井下生产量逐渐加大,对主井提升系统提升能力提出了更高要求。为了发挥主井提升性能,降低主井作业率,提高运行效率,结合现阶段井下生产需求,通过多方面的研究探索,最终通过优化运行曲线实现了提升系统的最佳优化,为张庄铁矿稳定生产奠定了坚实基础,同时研究过程及成果对大型地下矿山主井提升能力系统优化具有一定的参考意义。
The hoisting system of the main well of Zhangzhuang iron mine adopts multi-rope friction wheel hoist and 19 m3 bottom discharge double skip hoisting mode,with the designed maximum annual hoisting capacity of 6.4 million tons for a single well.Since the heavy load test of zhangzhuang mine production system in 2015,and the increasing of production,higher requirements have been put forward for the lifting capacity of the main well lifting system.In order to the maximum the main shaft can improve performance,reduce the working factor of main shaft,improve operational efficiency,combined with the current production demand,through the study of many sided,eventually improve the system by optimizing operation curve and the best optimization purpose,have laid a solid foundation for zhangzhuang iron ore stable production,at the same time study and process for large underground mine main shaft hoisting optimization has certain reference significance.
