摘要
某公司的低温球阀采用二烯烃弹性体发泡制品+丁腈橡胶发泡制品的柔性保冷结构,在服役数年以后出现保冷层外表面结冰的现象。采用数值模拟的方法,对发生结冰现象的球阀进行传热计算及分析,得出了结冰的3个诱因,并对异形结构保冷施工应注意的问题给出建议。
The cryogenic ball valve of a company adopted the flexible cold insulation of diene elastomer and nitrile rubber foaming products.After several years of service,the phenomenon of freezing on the outer surface of the cold insulation layer occurred.The numerical simulation method was used to calculate and analyze the heat transfer of ball valve with icing phenomenon,and three causes of freezing were obtained.Some suggestions weregiven for the cold insulation of special-shaped structure.
