摘要
在气田气体采集初期,管线钢面临高含水含砂流体的冲蚀损伤,严重影响了气田集输的正常运行。以L245M和L245N为研究对象,采用喷射式液固两相流冲刷腐蚀试验法,在模拟气田水环境(二氧化碳饱和含砂溶液)中,研究了两种材料的失重随含砂量、攻角和流速的变化关系,对比了两种材料在不同条件下的抗冲蚀性能优劣。结果表明,L245M管线钢的抗冲蚀性能在各个条件下均优于L245N。
In the early stage of gas gathering in gas field,the erosion damage of pipeline steel surface caused by high water and sand bearing fluid,which seriously affected the normal operation of gas field gathering and transportation station.Taking L245M and L245N as the research project,the jet liquid-solid two phase flow erosion test method was applied to study the relationship between weight loss of the two materials with sand content,attack angle and flow velocity in simulated gas field water environment.The anti-erosion performance of the two materials under different conditions was compared.The results showed that the erosion resistance of L245M pipeline steel was better than that of L245N under all conditions.
