二苯双硫腙修饰玻碳电极阳极溶出法测定聚氯乙烯中铅

Determination of Lead in PVC by the Anodic Stripping Method with Diphenyldithizone Modified Glassy Carbon Electrodes

摘要 用电化学方法制作二苯双硫腙修饰玻碳电极,研究了铅在该电极上的阳极溶出伏安特性。铅离子通过与电极表面的二苯双硫腙作用而富集在电极表面,同时在-1.21 V还原成零价铅,当电极电位从-1.21 V向-0.30 V扫描时被还原的铅从电极表面溶出,在-0.48 V左右形成灵敏的阳极溶出峰;选择了实验条件,如支持电解质、p H值、二苯双硫腙的用量、富集电位和富集时间等。从而得出最佳支持电解质为p H 3.0的0.1mol/L的KI溶液,双硫腙三氯甲烷溶液的最佳体积为10μL,最佳富集电位-1.21V,最佳富集时间5 min。方法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,简便快速的优点;用于聚氯乙烯中痕量铅的测定,取得满意结果。 Diphenyl dithizone-modified glassy carbon electrodes were prepared by the electrochemical method. The behavior of plumbum on the electrodes was investigated by anodic-stripping voltammetry. Pb2+ was preconcentrated on the surface of diphenyl dithizone-modified glassy carbon electrodes at-1.21 V, and subsequently reduced to Pb on the electrode. When the electric potential of electrodes increased from-1.21 V to-0.30 V, the reduced plumbum was oxidized and stripped from surface of electrodes, and the sensitive anodicstripping peak was observed at-0.48 V. The experiment discussed the selection of parameters, including the supporting electrolytes, pH value, the amount of diphenyl dithizone, concentration electric potential and time. The most suitable reaction medium was 0.1 mol/L KI solution at the pH value of 3.0, the most suitable volume of diphenyl dithizone solution was 10 μL, the optimized concentration electric potential and time were-1.21 V and 5 min respectively. The method has advantages of higher sensitive and precision, better selectivity, simple and speediness, which was suitable for the determination of trace plumbum in PVC.
