摘要
为使色盲人群能够正常享受生活中的各种便利、减少色盲人群不能正确识别信号灯颜色而发生的交通事故,设计适合于红绿色盲的基于图像处理技术的色盲导视仿真系统。首先采用方差阈值分割进行信号灯定位;然后在HSV空间中判断信号灯颜色;最后在RGB空间中定义出蓝色和蓝紫色分量值,将红色转为蓝色、绿色转为蓝紫色,从而达到色盲能够辨别红绿信号灯的目的。
In order to make the color blind people enjoy all kinds of conveniences in life,and reduce the traffic accidents caused by color blind people who can not correctly recognize the color of signal lights,a color blind guidance simulation system based on image processing technology is designed for red and green color blindness.Firstly,the variance threshold segmentation is used to locate the signal lamp;then the color of the signal lamp is judged in HSV space;finally,the blue and blue purple component values are defined in RGB space,and then the red is turned into blue and green into blue and purple,so as to achieve the purpose of color blindness to distinguish red and green signal lights.
