智能变电站变压器内部故障诊断系统设计与实现 被引量:8

摘要 变压器是电力系统中的核心装置,故障发生后会对整个电网甚至各行各业的生产有着非常严重的影响。由此设计了一种基于物联网技术的智能变压器内部故障诊断系统,利用底层各类智能传感器、接入节点以及汇聚节点构建数据传输网络,实现变压器内部各项参数的智能化采集。采集的数据通过故障诊断系统进行存储,采用神经网络算法以及专家诊断技术建立诊断模型进行数据综合分析,并生成直观的分析结果以供用户查询。通过对某变电站变压器进行带电检测采集数据,并根据数据分析结果证明了该诊断系统的实用性、准确性及稳定性,且具有良好的经济及实用价值。 Transformer is used as a core device in the electric power system and its faults will produce severe impact on the whole power grid and even on all trades and professions.Under such consideration,an intelligent transformer internal fault diagnosis system was designed on the basis of the Internet of Things.This system could establish data transmission networks by means of various intelligent sensors at the bottom layer,access nodes and aggregation nodes to realize intelligent collection of various internal parameters of the transformer.Collected data were stored through the fault diagnosis system.The neural network algorithm and expert diagnosis technology were adopted to build a diagnosis model for comprehensive data analysis and to generate intuitive analysis results for users’inquiry.Live detection and data collection were completed for the transformers of a certain substation,and the results of data analysis proved that the proposed diagnosis system was practicable,accurate and stable,and had good economic and practical value.
