摘要 随着分布式发电的发展,其随机性和波动性等特征使得传统的集中控制方式难以适应当下分布式发电模式。为降低通信压力并提高微电网运行可靠性,提出了一种在一致性算法上基础考虑线路运行风险的分布式自动发电控制策略。引入风险指标概念,由负载率、严重程度及线路容量决定。风险指标与等微增率共同构成一致性因子,各节点间相互通信,通过一致性因子调节有功功率分配,使控制策略在降低发电成本的同时具有风险管控的功能。最后通过MATLAB仿真表明,这一新的控制策略能够快速完成功率优化,并在节点检测到邻接线路负载率过高时调整节点出力。 With the development of distributed power generation,on account of its randomness and volatility,traditional centralized control can hardly adapt itself to the current distributed generation mode.A distributed automatic generation control strategy considering line operation risk based on consensus algorithm was proposed to reduce communication pressure and improve micro-grid operation reliability.The concept of risk indicator based on load rate,severity and line capacity was introduced.The risk indicator and equal differential increment rate composed the consensus factor.Communication was maintained among the nodes,and active power allocation was regulated through the consensus factor,so that the control strategy could control the risk while reducing power generation cost.Finally,MATLAB simulation verified the validity of the presented strategy.It was concluded that this novel control strategy could achieve power optimization quickly and regulate the output of the node when the load rate of an adjacent line was found too high at the node.
