摘要
北部湾城市群具有一定的地缘优势和开放传统,在“一带一路”国家倡议中地位突出。北部湾城市群应抓住机遇,从工业、农业、旅游产业等方面深化改革,实现实质性提升;应以湛江和北海为核心,实施“走出去”战略,突出海洋主题和东盟特色;在对外交流上,应充分发挥民间和社团的功能作,利用“一带一路”海上丝绸之路对湛江及北海的城市定位,积极走“创品牌”的制造业升级之路。
Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration has a certain geographical advantage and opening tradition,and has a prominent position in the“The Belt and Road”national strategy.Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration should seize the opportunity,deepen the reform from the industry,agriculture and tourism industry and so on,and realize the substantive improvement.With Zhanjiang and Beihai as the core,it should carry out the strategy of“going out”,highlight the ocean theme and ASEAN characteristics,give full play to the function of folk and social organizations in foreign exchanges,take advantage of the“The Belt and Road”and the Maritime Silk Road to positioning of Zhanjiang and Beihai,and actively take the way of“creating brand”to upgrade the manufacturing industry.
