摘要
芒柄花素是从黄芪、红车轴草、甘草、葛根、鸡血藤等中药中提取的一种异黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节血脂代谢、舒张血管、抗病毒、保护神经等多种药理活性。近年来的研究发现其在抗肿瘤方面潜能较大,可通过调节多条信号通路发挥诱导肿瘤凋亡,抑制肿瘤增殖、侵袭和迁移的作用。本文对近年来芒柄花素抗肿瘤相关信号通路的文献报道作一综述,以期为进一步开发和利用芒柄花素提供帮助。
Formononetin is a kind of isoflavone compound extracted from traditional Chinese medicine,such as Astragalus,Trifolium pratense L,Glycyrrhiza,Puerariae lobata radix,Spatholobicaulis which has many pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,regulatinglipid metabolism,vasodilation,antivirus,nerve protection.Great potential in anti-tumor has been found in recent studies,which can induce tumor apoptosis and inhibit tumor proliferation,invasion and migration by regulating multiple signaling pathways.This paper reviews the recent literature reports on antineoplastic signaling pathways in order to provide help for the formononetin development and utilization of antineoplastic signaling pathway.
