摘要
车辆是由零部件构成,其品质的好坏严重影响到整车的成品质量。为了确认工装状态零部件的品质就需要对其进行认可审核。文章从目的、范围、术语和定义、职责权限、工作流程、作业指南、相应过程的参与人员及对应的重点关注点等角度对零部件认可流程及其注意事项进行了介绍,明确了零部件认可工作在整车开发阶段过程中的重要性。
The vehicle is composed of parts and components,and its quality seriously affects the quality of the finished vehicle.In order to confirm the quality of tooling parts,it is necessary to carry out approval audit.This paper introduces the parts approval process and its precautions from the perspectives of scope,purpose,terms and definitions,responsibilities and authorities,workflow,operation guide,participants in the corresponding process and corresponding key points of concern,and clarifies the importance of parts approval in the process of vehicle development.
