摘要
目的评估30种中成药相关不良反应情况。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月江阴市中医院涉及30种中成药相关不良反应的77份中成药用药处方实施数据进行调查分析,统计中成药相关不良反应具体表现情况、涉及剂型情况、涉及年龄状况、出现时间段。结果不良反应具体表现中,皮肤以及附件受损占比显著高于呼吸系统受损占比、心血管受损占比、消化系统受损占比、精神/神经系统受损占比、肝肾功能系统受损占比、心率及心律紊乱占比、交感副交感神经系统受损占比、用药部位受损占比(P<0.05);不良反应涉及剂型中,注射剂占比显著高于颗粒剂占比、胶囊剂型占比、外用剂占比、片剂占比(P<0.05);不良反应涉及年龄中,51~60岁占比、31~40岁占比、41~50岁占比、61~70岁占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),51~60岁占比显著高于10岁及以下占比、11~20岁占比、21~30岁占比、71~80岁占比、81岁及以上占比(P<0.05);不良反应出现时间段中,用药后6~30 min占比、用药后5 min内占比、用药后1~3 d占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后6~30 min占比显著高于用药后31~60 min占比、用药后1~6 h占比、用药后6~24 h占比、用药后4~6 d占比、用药后6 d及以上占比(P<0.05)。结论中成药相关不良反应以皮肤以及附件受损较为多见,注射剂比较常见,多见于41~70岁人群,常出现在用药后6~30 min。
Objective To evaluate the adverse reactions of 30 kinds of Chinese patent medicines.Methods The implementation data of 77 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines involving 30 kinds of adverse reactions in Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were investigated,and the specific manifestations,dosage forms,age and time period of occurrence of adverse reactions related to Chinese patent medicines were counted.Results Among the specific manifestations of adverse reactions,the proportion of skin and accessories damaged was significantly higher than that of respiratory system damaged,cardiovascular system damaged,digestive system damaged,mental/nervous system damaged,liver and kidney function damaged,heart rate and heart rhythm disorder damaged,sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system damaged,and medication site damaged(P<0.05).Adverse reactions involved in the dosage form,the proportion of injections was significantly higher than that of granules,capsules,topical agents and tablets(P<0.05).Adverse reactions involved in age,the proportion of 51~60 years old,31~40 years old,41~50 years old,61~70 years old had no significant difference(P>0.05),the proportion of 51~60 years old was significantly higher than that of 10 years old and below,11~20 years old,21~30 years old,71~80 years old,81 years old and above(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of adverse reactions between 6~30 min,5 min and 1~3 d after administration(P>0.05).The proportion between 6~30 min after administration was significantly higher than that between 31~60 min,1~6 h,6~24 h,4~6 day,6 day and above after administration(P<0.05).Conclusion Damage to skin and appendages is the most common adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicine,and injection is more common.It is more common in people aged 41~70 years,and often occurs 6~30 minutes after administration.
