摘要
以南宁市轨道交通3号线工程某施工段为例,设计了两类开孔截面形式、三种截面填充率的三元乙丙橡胶密封垫,对其防水性能进行对比分析。结果表明:圆角三角形孔洞截面形式的综合防水性能优于圆形孔洞截面,当密封垫压缩量较小时,仅有部分圆角三角形孔洞截面能满足接触应力要求;当密封垫处于完全压缩状态时,所有截面的防水性能均满足要求,且截面填充率越大,防水性能越佳。综合各种因素,推荐采用填充率97.2%的圆角三角形孔洞A截面为本工程管片接缝密封垫截面形式。
Taking some construction section of the rail transit line 3 in Nanning as an example,two types of open hole section form and EPDM rubber sealing cushion with three different section filling rates are designed for comparative analysis of their waterproofing performance.Results show the waterproofing performance of triangle hole section with rounded angles is better than that of round hole section,and when the compression of sealing cushion is less,only some of the triangle hole sections with rounded angles can meet the requirements of contact stress;when the sealing cushion is completely compressed,the waterproofing performance of all types of section can meet the requirements,the higher filling rate of section is,the better the waterproofing performance will be.Considering all these factors,triangle hole section of rounded angles and with a filling rate of 97.2%is recommended as the sealing cushion section form for the segment joints of this project.
