摘要
逆止阀是汽轮机供热、供汽以及抽汽回热系统的重要保护装置,其关闭时间合格与否直接影响机组运行的安全稳定性,同时其超时分析处理难度较大。在对测试仪器、测试方法进行说明的基础上,着重从机械结构和热工控制两大类型出发,分析阀门超时原因及对应解决方案,为受困扰电力企业提供切实可行的现场解决办法。
Check valve is an important protective device of heat supply,steam supply and extraction system in turbine,and its closing time affects the safety and stability of unit operation directly.Meanwhile,there exits large difficulty in dealing with its timeout problem.Based on the description of testing instruments and methods,the cause was analyzed and the corresponding treatment was proposed according to two types of mechanical structure and thermal control,so as to provide practical on-site solutions for the troubled power enterprises.
