摘要
目的探究加味化痰通络汤联合西药治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月—2019年4月接受治疗的82例风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各41例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上联合化痰通络汤加减治疗。比较2组总有效率、治疗前后NIHSS、ADL评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、IL-4、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味化痰通络汤联合西药治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死临床疗效确切,可降低神经功能缺损评分,提高日常生活能力,且能够减轻机体炎症反应,利于预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huayu Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with wind-stagnation.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated with wind-stagnation and obstruction in our hospital from May to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 cases in each.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the combination of Huayu Tongluo decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment.The total effective rate,NIHSS,ADL scores and serum inflammatory factors levels were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,IL-4,hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Tongluo decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction with wind-stagnation and is effective in reducing the score of neurological deficit,improving the ability of daily living,and reducing the body’s inflammatory response and prognosis.
