摘要
跨境电商作为一种新型的贸易方式,不仅能有效提升贸易效率,而且对经济转型升级具有促进作用。本文对广东省现阶段跨境电商发展情况进行分析,认为其存在区域发展不平衡、数字化生态产业链建设力度有待提升、跨境电商产业链的数字化转型升级进程缓慢以及跨境电商人才紧缺等问题。政府应引导实现跨境电商的区域协调发展、“数量”与“质量”并重加强跨境电商产业园的建设、加强跨境物流体系建设、完善跨境支付系统以及加强对跨境电商人才培养和引进。
As a new way of trade,cross-border e-commerce can not only improve trade efficiency,but also promote economic transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce development.Based in Guangdong Province,the results show that it presents unbalanced regional development,and the construction of digital ecological industrial chain needs to be improved,meanwhile,the process of digital transformation and upgrading of cross-border e-commerce industry chain is slow,and cross-border e-commerce talents are in short supply.The government should guide the regional coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce,attach equal importance to“quantity”and“quality”,strengthen the construction of cross-border e-commerce Industrial Park,strengthen the construction of cross-border logistics system,improve the cross-border payment system,and strengthen the cultivation and introduction of cross-border e-commerce talents.
