摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情肆虐时期,如何结合中医药自身优势,更有序、更高效地开展疫情防治工作,是大型中医院面临的一大挑战。疫情期间,成都中医药大学附属医院快速响应,基于川派医家的"截断扭转,透热转气,导养结合"疫病防治思想,制定了对社区人群群体预防、对疑似和确诊患者早发现早治疗、运用多种传统养生保健功法促进治愈出院患者身体机能恢复,同时注重其情志恢复的综合系列方案。本文就成都中医药大学附属医院在本次抗击新冠肺炎疫情中的工作进行系统介绍并总结相关经验和不足,为今后应对可能出现的重大公共卫生事件做出更大的贡献。
During the outbreak of COVID 19,how to carry out the epidemic prevention and control work in combination the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in a more orderly and efficient manner is a major challenge faced by large traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.In rapid response,the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has formulated a series of comprehensive plans to prevent the community population,to detect suspected and diagnosed patients early and to treat them early,and to use a variety of traditional health care methods to promote the recovery of physical function of cured and discharged patients based on the idea of Truncation and torsion,diathermy and gas transformation,combination of conduction and maintenance.At the same time,attention was paid to its emotional recovery of a series of comprehensive programs.In this paper,the work of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic was systematically introduced and relevant experience and deficiencies were summarized,so as to make greater contribution to the future response to possible major public health events.
