疫情期间“营养学”课程在线教学实践与思考 被引量:1

摘要 受新冠疫情影响,2020年春季延迟开学。为落实教育部“停课不停教,停课不停学”的要求,在学校的支持引导下,逐步形成了比较完备的线上教学模式。在“营养学”课程教学中,精心选择网络教学平台,不断完善教学方法和教学内容的设计及线上教学中的各个环节,收到了良好的教学效果。新冠疫情倒逼出来的教学方法和手段的革新,在让大家充分感受到网络信息时代的优势、积极推动教学改革的同时,也引发了线上教学局限、教学平台技术提升及线上教学应用推广等方面的思考。 Due to the new coronavirus pneumonia,the spring semester of 2020 will be delayed.In order to fulfill the requirement“suspending class,but keeping teaching and learning”proposed by the Ministry of Education,we have gradually formed a relatively complete online teaching mode with the support and guidance of the school.Through the careful choice of network teaching platform,constantly improving the design of teaching methods and content as well as all the other aspects,online teaching of Nutrition course has received the good effect.The innovation of teaching methods and means brought about by the new coronavirus pneumonia has not only enabled us to fully feel the advantages of the network information age and actively promoted the teaching reform,but also has caused the thinking on the limitations of online teaching,the improvement of teaching platform technology and the application and promotion of online teaching.
