摘要
研究了热处理对铝-钛-钢(3A21/TA1/B)过渡接头的力学性能、界面组织及界面成分的影响。结果表明,焊接界面温度低于350℃时,铝-钛-钢过渡接头力学性能与爆炸态的相当;超过350℃临界温度时,界面铝侧3A21铝合金组织发生再结晶和晶粒长大而使力学性能开始下降。因此,铝-钛-钢过渡接头现场焊接施工过程中应控制铝-钛界面温度不超过350℃,以保证过渡接头的良好性能。
The effects of heat treatment at different temperatures on mechanical behaviors,microstructure and interface compositions of explosive welded Al/Ti/B-steel transition joint(3A21/TA1/B)were investigated.The results show that when the interface temperature is lower than 350℃,the mechanical properties of the joint heat treated is similar to that of the joint without heat treatment.When it is higher than the critical temperature of 350℃,the microstructure in the Al side of the 3A21 titanium alloy recrystallizes,and the grain grows,resulting in the performance reduction.Therefore,to ensure the good performance of the joint,the heating temperature of transition joint Al-Ti interface should be kept below 350℃.
