近年来,随着中国经济的快速发展,对原油的需求日益强烈。为防止国际油价暴涨或暴跌,带来国内成品油价格的较大波动,引发一系列社会矛盾和冲突。建立一定规模的原油商业储备,对于中国具有十分重大的意义。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for crude oil has become increasingly strong.In order to prevent the international oil price from rising or falling sharply,bringing about large fluctuations in the price of domestic refined oil,triggering a series of social conflicts and conflicts.The establishment of a certain scale of commercial crude oil reserves is of great significance to China.
