摘要
热敏灸是在传统艾灸悬起灸的基础上发展而来,以灸饱灸透为特点,小刺激大作用。其对敏感穴位施灸,以激发经络之气进而激发感传,使气至病所,调节人体脏腑功能。临床上该疗法的应用相当广泛,在治疗运动系统疾病、消化系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病等方面均有疗效。特别是在消化系统方面,疗效显著。笔者通过查阅相关文献,未发现近年有对热敏灸治疗消化系统疾病的综述,故对该疗法在消化系统疾病治疗的临床应用展开综述。
Heat sensitive moxibustion is developed on the basis of traditional moxibustion hanging moxibustion,characterized by full moxibustion and thorough moxibustion,small stimulation big effect.Moxibustion is applied to the sensitive points to stimulate the qi of meridians and collaterals and then stimulate the transmission of the sensation.Clinical application of this therapy is quite extensive,it is effective in the treatment of diseases of the motor system,digestive system,urogenital system,respiratory system,nervous system,especially in the digestive system.By referring to relevant literatures,the author did not find any recent review on the treatment of digestive system diseases by heat-sensitive moxibustion,so the clinical application of this therapy in digestive system diseases was reviewed.
