摘要
吞咽障碍属于中风常见的合并症。针灸治疗吞咽障碍疗效显著并逐渐结合其他治疗方法拓展了适用范围,但种类各异的方法缺少横向比较。通过总结近5年相关文献,梳理各针灸方法治疗效果,有针对性地分析针灸康复训练、针电、针药、特殊针的疗效,为临床治疗方式的选择提供参考。
Post-stroke dysphagia is a common complication of stroke and often causes serious consequences by aspiration.Acupuncture has a significant effect on dysphagia and gradually expands the scope of application in combination with other treatment methods,but there is a lack of horizontal comparison between different types of methods.By summarizing the relevant literature in the past five years,combing the therapeutic effects of various acupuncture methods,and analyzing the therapeutic effects of acupuncture rehabilitation training,acupuncture,acupuncture,and special needles in a targeted manner,it provides a preliminary reference for the clinical research of large samples and multiple centers.
