摘要
为解决跨江桥桩基成孔过程中的漏浆问题,在进行理论和实践分析的基础上,创造性地采用回填压实漏浆桩孔、护筒外部堆填沙袋、内部加水泥和黏土(并静置48 h)的处理措施,使护筒外部周围形成一定的压力和桩基成孔过程中关键位置形成足够强度的泥皮,从而解决漏浆问题。经过深水桩基成孔现场实践,该措施能够有效解决漏浆问题,具有一定的推广意义。
In order to solve the problem of slurry leakage in the process of hole forming in pile foundation of river-crossing bridge,based on the theoretical and practical analysis,treatment measures are creatively adopted,such as backfill and compaction of slurry leakage pile hole,sand bag filling outside the casing,adding cement and clay inside(and holding for 48 hours),so as to form a certain pressure around the outer part of the pile casing and form enough strength of mud skin at the key position during the pile foundation pore forming process to solve the problem of slurry leakage.Through the field practice of hole forming in deep water pile foundation,this measure can effectively solve the problem of slurry leakage and has certain popularization significance.
