摘要
目的观察锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月因肱骨近端骨折到本院接受治疗的患者42例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组21例。观察组采用锁定钢板治疗,对照组采用传统钢板治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗前,两组Neer评分、VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组两项评分明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板加压治疗肱骨近端骨折,对患者肩关节功能改善作用显著,有利于缓解疼痛,减少术后并发症,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,42 patients admitted to our hospital for treatment due to proximal humeral fracture,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.Observation group were treated with locking plate,and control group were treated with traditional plate,and the effects between the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference in neer score and VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment.The observation group improved significantly after treatment,compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The compression treatment of proximal humeral fracture with locking plate of proximal humerus has a significant effect on the improvement of shoulder joint function,which is beneficial to relieve pain and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical reference.
