摘要
目前,可用于化学灌浆的设备主要是单液泵,如果进行双组分材料灌注,则需要提前将材料拌合,一方面容易造成材料浪费,另一方面拌合之后随时间推移材料性能易发生变化,影响到灌浆质量。在此背景下开发了双液化学灌浆泵,本文介绍了双液化学灌浆系统的原理、特点及工程应用。
Nowadays,single fluid pump is mainly used for chemical grouting,and if two-component material is to be grouted,it has to be mixed in advance.On one hand,this will result in waste;and on the other hand,the mixture is easy to change over time after the mixing,and further affects the grouting quality.Against this backdrop,double-fluid chemical grouting pump is developed,and this article introduces the principles,characteristics and engineering application of the double-fluid chemical grouting system.
