摘要
目的探究乳腺超声在乳腺癌中的筛查及诊断效能。方法选取2014年11月—2019年11月期间来医院已确诊为乳腺癌的患者100例,按照不同诊断方式分为两组,研究组与对照组,各50例以作研究对象。对照组采用乳腺X线诊断,研究组则采用乳腺超声诊断,分析两组不同类型乳腺癌诊断准确率,误诊及漏诊率。结果研究组诊断少量纤维腺体型、脂肪型及多量纤维腺体型乳腺与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组诊断致密型乳腺高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组乳腺纤维腺体类型诊断率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组诊断的误诊率及漏诊率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床筛查乳腺癌采用乳腺超声,具有较高的准确率,且检查简便、无创且经济,能明确患者病变位置,对于乳腺癌及早发现、及时治疗具有显著临床意义,并能降低临床乳腺癌致死率。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of breast ultrasound in the screening and diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with breast cancer in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different diagnosis methods:the study group and the control group,with 50 cases each as the research objects.The control group was diagnosed by mammography,while the study group was diagnosed by breast ultrasound.The diagnosis accuracy,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates of different types of breast cancer in the two groups were analyzed.Results There was no comparable difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05)in the diagnosis of a small amount of fiber-gland body type,fatty type and a large amount of fiber-gland body type(P>0.05),the study group diagnosed dense breast was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the diagnosis rate of fiber-gland type in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of breast ultrasound for clinical screening of breast cancer has a high accuracy rate,and the examination is simple,noninvasive and economical.It can clearly identify the location of patients'lesions,has significant clinical significance for early detection and timely treatment of breast cancer,and can reduce the mortality of clinical breast cancer.
