摘要
视幻觉是帕金森病非运动障碍中最常见的临床症状之一,中医称为“妄见”。该文以脾肾亏虚、心肾不交、肝肾亏虚等五脏虚损为基础,从神藏理论角度探讨帕金森病视幻觉发病的病机特点,认识到以心神不宁、意智不存、魂伤魄损等神藏受扰为主的致病病机,增加了中医对于帕金森病视幻觉的认识。
Visual hallucination is one of the most common clinical symptoms of non-movement disorder in Parkinson’s disease,which was called“misperception”by traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the the deficiency of spleen,liver and kidney,incompatibility of heart and kidney,To explore the pathogenesis characteristics of visual hallucination in Parkinson’s disease from the perspective of The Theory of the gods stored in the five Zang organs,which realize the main pathogenic mechanism of visual hallucination of Parkinson’s disease are disturbance of mind,missing of mind and wisdom,and soul and spirit damage,increases the understanding of TCM on vision hallucination in Parkinson’s disease.
