摘要
通过对日光温室栽培的番茄进行叶面喷施硫酸锌锌肥,研究了喷施锌肥对番茄产量、品质及叶片叶绿素含量与光合速率的影响。结果表明,施锌处理番茄的前期产量和总产量分别达36180、105629 kg/hm2,较对照分别提高12.9%和9.7%,且差异达显著水平;施锌处理使果实可溶性固形物、还原糖及Vc含量提高,使有机酸含量降低;施锌使叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率全生育期均提高,影响以采收盛期以前较为显著。施锌肥可以提高番茄产量,改善果实品质,促进番茄植株叶片的光合作用。
The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of zinc fertilization by foliage spray on yield,quality,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate in leaves of tomato cultivated in the greenhouse.The result showed that early yield and total yield of zinc fertilization plots reached 36180,105629 kg/hm2,respectively,12.9%and 9.7%higher than that of the control.The zinc fertilization could increase the contents of soluble solids,reducing sugar and vitamin C,decrease the contents of organic acids.Zinc application increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of leaves in the whole growth period,and the effect was more significant before the harvest peak.Application of zinc fertilizer can increase tomato yield,improve fruit quality and promote photosynthesis of tomato leaves.
