摘要
芹菜素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,广泛分布于各种蔬菜、水果、豆科植物、茶叶等食源性植物食物中。大量关于芹菜素的研究表明,这种特殊的天然化合物具有潜在的抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、抗病毒、提高自身免疫等多种生物活性特性。该文对芹菜素的合成机理、提取方法、递送系统、医药功能进行综述,为今后芹菜素的研究提供应用参考。
Apigenin is a natural flavonoid compounds which was found in a variety of vegetables,fruits,legumes,tea,and so on.Many researches about apigenin have shown that this particular natural compound has potential antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-viral and autoimmune properties in the past few years.In this paper,the synthesis mechanism,extraction method,transportation system and medical function of apigenin were reviewed respectively,in order to provide application reference for the future research of apigenin.
