脑胶质瘤患者血清periostin的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨脑胶质瘤患者血清periostin的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取在我院就诊的90例脑胶质瘤患者和90例健康查体人员血清样本,采用ELISA法检测两组样本中periostin的表达,并分析了术前不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位及级别间的表达差异及其在术前、术后的动态变化,最后分析与血清VEGF水平的关系。结果:与健康对照组相比较,脑胶质瘤患者血清periostin的表达量显著增高;脑胶质瘤患者术后血清periostin表达量较术前降低,血清periostin表达与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤位置无关,与胶质瘤大小及病理分级相关,并与血清VEGF表达量高低呈正相关。结论:periostin在脑胶质瘤患者血清中呈高表达状态,其大小与胶质瘤大小、病理分级及血清中VEGF表达量密切相关,提示了periostin为脑胶质瘤发生发展的促癌因子,有望成为胶质瘤恶性程度评估指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of periostin in the serum of glioma patients.Methods:90 glioma patients and 90 health checkup individuals came to our hospital were selected and their serum were collected.The periostin expression in the two groups was detected by ELISA.The differences of the periostin in preoperative and postoperative changes,age,gender,tumor size,tumor location and tumor grade were analyzed,and the relationship between periostin and VEGF expression was finally analyzed.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the expression level of periostin in the serum of glioma patients was increased.Serum periostin expression in glioma patients was decreased after surgery compared with that before surgery.Serum periostin expression was not related to age,gender and tumor location,but was related to glioma size and pathological grading,and positively correlated with serum VEGF expression.ConClusion:Periostin is highly expressed in the serum of glioma patients,and its size is closely related to glioma size,pathological grade and VEGF,suggesting that periostin is an oncogenic factor for glioma development.
