摘要
介绍了一种用于油水分离的双维弦波聚结板分离器,给出了计算模型和数值模拟方法。运用Fluent软件对4种不同尺寸的双维弦波聚结板流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:双维弦波聚结板的波幅为10mm、周期为100mm、板间距为25mm时,分离效果最好。
A two-dimensional sine wave coalescence plate separator for oil-water separation was introduced,including the calculation model and numerical simulation method.Making use of Fluent software to simulate the flow field of the two-dimensional sine wave coalescence plate separator with different sizes showed that,when the two-dimensional sine wave coalescence plate has a 10mm amplitude,a 100mm period and a 25mm plate spacing,it has optimal separation effect.
