摘要
近期,欧美在抗击新冠疫情上陷入了一系列困局之中。一般主流观点将之归因为西方各国政府错失抗疫“窗口期”、无视中国抗疫模式和经验、“去工业化”等。然而,恰如马克思在《资本论》中指出的“工人的肺结核和其他肺部疾病是资本生存的条件”所深刻昭示的那样,导致欧美抗疫困局的深层原因无疑应当到作为当前资本主义主流意识形态和主要经济政治制度的新自由主义那里去探寻!
Recently,the United States and Europe in the fighting against the Covid-19 epidemic are falling into a series of difficulties.The general view attributed the failure to Western governments missing the“window pe-riod”of anti-epidemic,ignoring China's anti-epidemic model and experience,“deindustrialization”,and etc.However,as Karl Marx pointed out in Das Ka pital,“tuberculosis and other lung diseases of workers are conditions for the survival of capital”,the underlying causes of the epidemic dilemma in U-nited States and Europe must be explored in Neo-liberalism,which is the prevailing capitalist ideology and the dominant economic and political system..
