摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法和测量与观察法等方法进行研究.通过在上海市长宁区游泳学校中选取16名10-12岁二级运动员进行8x 25米水下反蝶泳腿短冲练习与8x 25米仰泳打腿短冲练习,两者作对比并观察和实验结果表明,8名实验组运动员在经过三个月的训练后,50米仰泳成绩有明显提高,水下反蝶泳腿的频率与速度是50米仰泳取得优异成绩的关键因素之一.
The research is conducted using literature method,experimental method,and measurement and observation method.A total of 16 Nation Rank 2 athletes aged 10-12 from Shanghai Changning Swimming School were selected to perform the 8x25m underwater reverse butterfly kick sprint intensive training and the 8x25m backstroke kick sprint intensive training.The two groups were observed and compared.The results showed that after three months of training,the eight athletes in the experimental group had a significant improvement in their performance in the 50m backstroke.Therefore,the frequency and speed of the underwater reverse butterfly kick is one of the key factors for achieving excellent results in the 50m backstroke.
