摘要
由于化工生产过程的特殊性及"00后"大学生溺爱的成长环境及性格特点,加强对在校能源化工类专业学生专业思想政治教育显得尤为重要。本文通过分析化工生产过程、能源化工类专业"00后"大学生性格特点及目前在专业素养思想政治教育中存在的问题,提出增强能源化工类学生专业认识、培养学生吃苦精神、引导学生做好职业生涯规划及实践能力培养、学会主动获取专业知识能力等途径以期提高能源化工类专业学生的专业素养。
Due to the particularity of chemical production process and the doting growth environment and character characteristics of post-2000 s college students,it is particularly important to strengthen the ideological and political education for students majoring in Energy and Chemical Engineering.By analyzing the chemical production process,the character characteristics of students majoring in Energy and Chemical Engineering and the existing problems in the ideological and political education of professional quality,it was suggested to enhance students’professional knowledge,cultivate students’spirit of suffering hardship,guide students to make good career planning and practical ability training and learn to proactively acquire expertise,so as to improve students’professional quality of Energy and Chemical Engineering.
