微波消解-ICP-OES法测定不同产地腐竹中的20种矿质元素

摘要 采用HNO3+H2O2体系进行微波消解处理安康和安阳产地的腐竹样品,利用ICP-OES法(全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法)同时测定样品中的20种矿质元素的含量。结果表明:两个样品中都含有Na、Ca、Mg、P、Si、Al、Fe、Zn、Mn、B、Ba、Sr、Ga、Mo、Ti、Cr、Be、Cd等18种矿质元素,未发现As和S元素;两地腐竹样品中富含Na、Ca和Mg元素,但Ca、Si和Al等元素的含量差距较大。该方法操作简单,精确度较高,其检出限为0.0001~0.7735 mg/L,测定结果的RSD在0.66%~6.88%之间。 The microwave digestion was selected on the treatment of yuba samples from Ankang and Anyang regions by using HNO3+H2O2 system,and the ICP-OES(full spectrum direct reading inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry)was utilized for the determination of twenty mineral elements simultaneously.The results showed that there were 18 kinds of mineral elements(Na,Ca,Mg,P,Si,Al,Fe,Zn,Mn,B,Ba,Sr,Ga,Mo,Ti,Cr,Be,Cd)in the two samples,whereas the As and S were not found.Among them,Na,Ca and Mg were the richest elements in samples,while Ca,Si and Al were much different elements.The method is simple and more accurate with the detection limits between 0.0001~0.7735 mg/L and the RSD value between 0.66%~6.88%.
