摘要
涂层劣化形成的缝隙是海洋大气环境钢结构电化学腐蚀的关键区域,缝隙中导电液体介质是电化学腐蚀发生的必要因素。本文搭建了海洋大气环境,制作了缝隙测试电极,研究缝隙中液体介质的充填规律。研究结果表明碳钢Q345与环氧树脂组成的缝隙在相对湿度65%~95%范围内,缝隙宽度0~88μm范围时如有液体填充,溶液将长期稳定存在;在缝隙宽度88~264μm范围内一旦有液体填充,缝隙长期被溶液充填,但溶液内部流动性较大。透明胶与环氧树脂组成的楔形缝隙不会因浪花飞溅、海水浸没等因素填充液体,但因其他原因液体进入缝隙,液体将长期稳定存在。
The gap formed by the coating degradation is a key area of electrochemical corrosion of the steel structure.The conductive liquid medium in the gap is a necessary factor for the electrochemical corrosion.A simulator was set up for simulating the ocean atmosphere environment.And a test electrode was made to study the filling range and the thickness variation of the liquid film in the gap.The research results showed that the gap composed of carbon steel Q345 and epoxy resin was in the range of 65%~95%relative humidity,if the gap width was 0~88μm and was filled by water,the solution will be stable for a long time.The gap composed of carbon steel Q345/scotch tape and epoxy resin will not be filled with water due to splashing,seawater immersion and other factors.If water entered the Q345/scotch tape and epoxy resin gap for other reasons,the water will be stable for a long time.
