摘要
研究以120只体重相近的昆明系雌性小鼠为试验动物,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组,中药方剂高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组5组,以呼吸道IgA、吞噬细胞吞噬指数和免疫器官脏器指数为检测指标,旨在探究中药方剂对风寒模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,风寒模型小鼠的各项免疫检测指标均显著低于空白对照组,表明建模成功;粗提物中药方剂组的各项指标均高于模型组,表明中药粗提物对风寒模型小鼠免疫器官具有一定的修复作用,能改善其免疫功能。
A total of 120 Kunming female mice with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,and the phagocytic index and organ index of respiratory tract IgA、were used as the test indexes.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of Chinese prescription on immune function of wind-cold model mice.The results showed that the immune detection indexes of wind-cold model mice were significantly lower than that of blank control group,indicating that the modeling was successful.The indexes of the prescription group were higher than that of the model group,indicating that the crude extract of traditional Chinese medicine had a certain repair effect on the immune organs of the mice with wind-cold model,and could improve their immune function.
