摘要
介绍贝壳珍珠层的微观结构及其韧化机理,进而针对仿生贝壳构型的优化设计,综述金属基仿生贝壳材料的制备技术及方法,展望金属基仿生贝壳材料发展趋势,指出借鉴增材制造和仿生贝壳聚合物材料的制备工艺。研究结果表明:探索更加有效的金属基仿生贝壳材料的制备方法可以借鉴仿生贝壳聚合物材料的制备工艺,并结合增材制造技术和计算机技术,为满足金属基仿生贝壳材料构型精细化要求提供可行途径。
The microstructure of the nacre and its toughening mechanism were introduced firstly,and then the preparation methods of metal-based nacre-inspired materials were reviewed.Finally,the development trends of metal-based nacre-inspired materials were proposed.The results show that more effective methods for preparing metal-based nacre-inspired composites can be explored by learning from additive manufacturing and the preparation technology of nacre-inspired polymer materials,to meet the refinement requirements of nacre-inspired architecture.
