摘要
大学文化是大学组织不可或缺的治理要素,大学内部有效治理的实现有赖于治理文化的培育与营造。从组织文化视角分析大学治理文化建设所面临的困境,借鉴“竞值架构”理论及其框架来进一步厘清并把握组织治理模式和组织文化的相互关联,进而探索及明确多元动态治理模式下的大学治理文化建设思路,有利于秉承和遵循大学观念理性来综合得出兼具针对性和操作性的治理文化建设之实践策略。
One of the indispensible elements of governance in the university organization is university culture,and the realization of effective governance within universities depends on the cultivation and construction of governance culture.From the perspective of organization culture,this paper analyzed the predicament of building university governance culture,applied the theory of Competing Values Framework to further identify and grasp the mutual relations between the organization governance mode and organization culture,so as to explore and clarify thoughts on constructing university governance culture under multiple dynamic governance mode,which is conducive to working out comprehensively both targeted and operational strategies to construct governance culture through upholding and following the rationality of university ideas.
