Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danshen injection in the treatment of oligohydramnios during pregnancy. Methods 122 pregnant women with oligohydramnios were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine only. The experimental group was treated with Danshen injection and Western medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement of amniotic fluid index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The delivery mode, pregnancy hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage and amniotic fluid fecal infection of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The body mass and Apgar score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Danshen injection combined with Western medicine is effective in the treatment of pregnant women with oligohydramnios. It can effectively improve the amniotic fluid index, improve the success rate of vaginal delivery, and improve the situation of newborns. It is suitable for clinical application.
