摘要
大力发展装配式建筑具有重大战略意义,通过分析国内外装配式建筑的优点和应用前景,同时也指出我国装配式建筑存在的成本高、构建尺寸精度要求高、施工困难,特殊构件运输不便,密封胶不耐用等问题,并探讨了提升策略。即提出采用BIM技术,在构件制作、建筑装配、后期维护等过程进行精准控制。本文的总结和分析对于大力发展我国装配式建筑行业具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。
Combined with the development and application of prefabricated buildings in recent years,this paper analyzes the development process and advantages of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,pointing out the existing problems in China.These issues mainly include high cost,high requirements for construction dimension accuracy,construction difficulties,inconvenient transportation of special components,gap treatment between components,and discusses the solutions.which is the BIM technology will be used to control accurately during component manufacturing,building assembly and post maintenance.We believe that as the continuous development of technology,prefabricated buildings will be a better future.
