摘要
在大数据时代,社会数字化造就新型社会,新型社会催生数字经济的同时,也滋生了“数字犯罪”,并带来巨大的社会危害。通过对大数据时代犯罪的研究,分析了在新型社会中面临的挑战,剖析了应对新型犯罪所处的困境,提出了利用技术预防应对新型犯罪的总体构思及对策。
In the era of big data,social digitization creates a new society.While the new society promotes digital economy,it also breeds“digital crime”and brings great social harm.Based on the research of crimes in the era of big data,this paper aims to analyze the unfavorable situation and challenges we are facing in the new society,discuss the dilemma of dealing with new crimes,and put forward overall ideas and strategies to prevent new crimes by means of technology.
