牛粪过腹转化复合基质对盆栽小白菜应用效果研究

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究了两种牛粪过腹转化产物蚯蚓粪和黑水虻粪对小白菜的应用效果及其替代草炭的潜力。结果表明,与对照组相比,蚯蚓粪复合基质能使小白菜生长良好并显著提升其品质(P<0.05),而黑水虻粪复合基质造成小白菜产量和品质降低。T2(70%蚯蚓粪+30%蛭石)处理的小白菜株高与产量较对照分别增加13.15%和0.49%,VC、有机酸和可溶性糖含量分别提高69.03%和33.73%、27.27%,硝酸盐含量降低22.73%。综合以上结果,T2混配基质效果最佳,可作为草炭的理想替代基质。 A pot experiment was conducted to study the application effect of earthworm cast and black water fly dung of cow dung transabdominal transformation products on Chinese cabbage and their potential to replace peat soil.The results showed that compared with the control group,Chinese cabbage could grow well in composite substrate mixed with earthworm cast,and its quality was significantly improved(P<0.05);but the composite substrate mixed with black water fly manure significantly reduced the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.Under T2(70%earthworm cast+30%vermiculite)treatment,the plant height and yield of Chinese cabbage increased by 13.15%and 0.49%respectively;V C,organic acid and soluble sugar contents increased by 69.03,33.73 and 27.27 percentage points respectively,while nitrate content decreased by 22.73%.Based on these results,T2 composite substrate had the best effect on Chinese cabbage and could be considered as an ideal alternative substrate for peat soil.
