摘要
目的探讨健康教育和饮食护理对糖尿病患者血糖水平和用药依从性的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2018年10月该院收治的37例糖尿病患者的临床资料,对比分析37例患者实施健康教育和饮食护理前后血糖水平与用药依从性的变化。结果37例患者护理1个月后血糖水平下降幅度与护理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后血糖水平则与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前后用药依从率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施健康教育与饮食护理可促其主动纠正不良生活习惯,增强用药依从性,使血糖水平得到调整,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the effects of health education and dietary care on blood glucose levels and medication compliance in diabetic patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 37 patients with diabetes who underwent health education and dietary nursing intervention before and after blood glucose levels and medication compliance.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the decrease of blood glucose level at 1 month after intervention,and there was no significant difference between the three months after intervention(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment The follow-up rates of post-medication were 78.77%and 94.59%,respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and dietary nursing intervention for diabetic patients can promote their active correction of bad habits,enhance medication compliance,adjust blood sugar levels,and promote the application value in disease prognosis.
