摘要
在新时期背景下,随着高等教育事业的不断改革和发展,高校基建维修工程也结合学生和学校的实际发展情况,不断对基建维修项目规模进行扩大。在高校基建维修工程发展期间,管理方面的问题和不足也随之而来。为有效提升基建维修工程管理质量,需要加强对基建维修工程管理的重视,合理地寻找管理方法,进而有效地为高校未来发展提供保障,使其更好满足学生发展的需要。
Under the background of the new era,with the continuous reform and development of higher education,the size of the infrastructure maintenance project in colleges and universities has been enlarged according to the actual development of students and schools.During the development of infrastructure maintenance engineering in colleges and universities,management problems and deficiencies also come with it.In order to improve the management quality of infrastructure maintenance engineering effectively,it is necessary to pay more attention to the management of infrastructure maintenance engineering and find a reasonable management method so as to effectively guarantee the future development of colleges and universities and make their work better meet the development needs of the students.
