对中共上海初创的具体过程,一些史料有不同的记载和说法。一些中共创建参与者回忆,组织“马克思主义研究会”逐渐变为党组织。此说颇有可疑之处。日本人坂西多郎记述:先组织社会主义青年团再建党。此说只了解一些表象,不了解党的组织已先于团秘密创建。维经斯基向俄共中央远东局的报告中说,是组建“革命局”。分析各种史料,可知党的具体创建过程大致为:1920年维经斯基到上海后,与陈独秀联系,召开社会主义者座谈会。曾计划召开各地革命团体代表会议,未行。7月初,维经斯基的上司到中国督阵,加快建党。维经斯基随即在上海建立“革命局”,继而北京等地亦成立同样组织。维经斯基和陈独秀主持的上海革命局,为中国共产党总部,其他城市的革命局是党的支部。上海革命局创办外国语学社和社会主义青年团,掩护党的秘密活动,开展宣传、组织和工运工作。
There are different records and statements of the detailed CPC founding process in Shanghai in various historical materials.Some CPC founders remembered that“Marxism Society”gradually evolved into Party organizations.This statement is pretty suspicious.Taro Banzai of Japan wrote that the Party was founded after the founding of the Socialist Youth League.This account only showed some appearance,but missed the fact that Party organizations had been secretly established before the league.In the report to the Far East Bureau of the Central Committee of the RCP(B),what Voitinsky wrote was the establishment of“revolutionary bureaus.”Analysis of various historical materials indicates that the detailed founding process of the Party is as approximately as follows:Voitinsky contacted Chen Duxiu and convened a conference of socialists after his arrival in Shanghai in 1920.He had planned but failed to convene a meeting of representatives of revolutionary groups from different regions.In early July,Voitinsky’s superior came to China to accelerate Party founding.Voitinsky immediately established a“revolutionary bureau”in Shanghai and similar organizations later in Beijing and other places.The Shanghai Revolutionary Bureau presided by Voitinsky and Chen Duxiu was the headquarters of the Communist Party of China while the revolutionary bureaus in other cities were Party branches.The Shanghai Revolutionary Bureau organized the foreign language society and the Socialist Youth League to cover the secret activities of the Party,and to carry out works of propaganda,organization,and labor movements.
