摘要 大范围跨区域电力市场交易价格的特点与省内市场有着较大差异,本文以大范围内多种能源跨区域最优分配为基础,提出了一种跨区域多能源协调分配的市场价格机制设计,重点讨论了多种能源协调优化分配模型。首先,将所有电力能源及发电资源合并统一,提出了包含区域间多种能源协调优化分配的双层优化模型。其次,建立了电能与其他发电资源的双层优化配比模型,并提出了节点配比协调的粒子群算法进行多能源优化配置方法。针对电能之外的其他发电资源在交通运输网络的优化配置,采用粒子群与线性规划相结合的内外层网络优化计算。最后,通过算例验证了本文所提模型的可行性和有效性。 The characteristics of the transaction price of large-scale cross-regional power market are quite different from that of provincial market.Based on the optimal distribution of diversified energy resources across regions in a large range,this paper proposes a market price mechanism design for coordinated distribution of multi-energy resources across regions.This paper focuses on the optimal distribution model of diversified energy resources.Firstly,all power sources and power generation resources are combined and unified,and a two-layer optimization model including multi-energy coordination and optimal distribution among regions is proposed.Secondly,a two-layer optimal matching model of electric energy and other power generation resources is established,and a particle swarm optimization algorithm for node matching coordination is proposed for multi-energy optimal allocation.Thirdly,particle swarm optimization and linear programming are used to optimize the distribution of other power generation resources in the transportation network.Finally,an example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
